itz4kidz is currently shipping Australia wide including metro, rural and regional areas.
Which courier companies does itz4kidz use to ship orders?
itz4kidz proudly uses Australia Post and TNT to ship our products to metro, rural and regional areas within Australia.
How do I calculate the basket weight of my order?
Our shopping cart system automatically displays the shipping weight of each product in your cart under the heading weight.
Simply view your cart by clicking on the green view cart icon on any product page, the red My Shopping Cart button in the product menu on the left hand side of the screen or the Shopping Cart heading above the customer login box.
Once in your shopping cart add up the individual weights of each product to determine the total basket weight of your order.
How much does shipping cost?
itz4kidz proudly uses Australia Post and TNT to ship our products to metro, rural and regional areas within Australia. itz4kidz has kept shipping costs in mind when pricing their products and have done their best to keep shipping rates as low as they can with postage Australia Wide from $6.95 (all orders up to 500g). Our shopping cart system automatically displays the shipping weight of each product in your cart. Shipping costs are calculated by basket weight and place of delivery. All orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia.
For example our wooden train truck
weighs 1.535 kg and to send it to metro Perth, Western Australia it would cost only $6.95 or to metro Sydney, New South Wales on $9.95. Refer to the table below to work out how much it would cost to send to your location within Australia.
The following table shows our cheapest postage costs to different locations throughout Australia according to basket weight. Alternative options maybe available to choose from when you reach our secure order form.

Can I see the total shipping cost of my order before it is confirmed?
Yes!
- press the proceed to checkout button in your shopping cart.
- a new screen will open asking you to log in as a new customer or existing customer. Fill in new customer details and proceed to order form.
- scroll down to shipping option under the shipping details main heading to see the choices of shipping methods and their prices.
- You can always confirm the total cost and freight of your order at the bottom of this screen before you press the place order icon.
If you are still unsure please feel free to contact us with details of your order.
When can I expect my order?
itz4kidz endeavours to post your order within 2 business days of purchase (subject to payment clearing our accounts). Please refer to the information below regarding delivery methods to determine the expected shipping times.
While we make every effort to ensure all our toys are in stock or displayed as out of stock, if the item purchased is regrettably out of stock or on back order we will inform you via your preferred method of contact. In such situations you will be given the opportunity to decide whether you would like to wait for the item to come in or would prefer a refund.
In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times for parcels may differ. In particular express parcel services (Australia Post) or first class overnight services (TNT) may take 1 - 2 days longer due to the extended distances travelled and the rules and regulations regarding shipping times, that courier companies are subject to. Such regulations are determined by relevant shire councils and are unfortunately out of our control. Delivery during peak periods (ie Christmas) may take longer.
The staff at itz4kidz work extremely hard to ensure your order is collected by the relevant courier company within the 2 business days. Courier companies such as TNT work independantly from us thus we have no control over their actions or when they deliver your parcel. If however you are concerned about the status or delivery of your order please contact us, as we are more then happy to chase it up for you. On average, as long as we have the stock on hand and payment goes through without a problem itz4kidz would expect for delivery of your order to occur within 3-8 business days depending on your method of delivery.

- Australia Post - Regular Parcel Post
Once delivered to Australia Post shipping takes up to 5 working days to all Capital Cities depending on how busy Australia Post is. Delivery to some regional and remote locations may take 1 - 2 days extra. Delivery during peak periods (ie. Christmas) may take longer. - TNT First Class Delivery:
Once collected from itz4kidz, by choosing TNT First Class Delivery, TNT will deliver your order to all capital cities and major towns by the next business day. Delivery to some regional and remote locations may be 1-2 days extra. Delivery during peak periods (ie. Christmas) may be longer. - TNT Road Express:
Once collected from itz4kidz, by choosing TNT Road Express, TNT will deliver orders to all capital cities and major towns within 3 business day. Delivery to some regional and remote locations may be 1-2 days extra. Delivery during peak periods (ie. Christmas) may be longer.
How will I know the status of my order?
Once you have finished the checkout procedure, you will be sent an email confirming the order that has just been placed.
itz4kidz endeavours to post your order within 2 business days of purchase (subject to payment clearing our accounts). Once your payment has been accepted your item will be shipped with your choice of courier. At this stage you will be sent a second email letting you know that it is on its way.
If you have any queries regarding the order shipping confirmation email or you haven't recieved your order within the expected delivery time please don't hesitate to contact us and we will look into it for you.
Can my order be sent or delivered on weekends and/or public holidays?
Unfortunately your order can not be sent or delivered on weekends and/or public holidays. This will happen on the next business day.
What happens if no one is home when my package is delivered?
A delivery card will be left at your porch with instructions as to when your order will be re-delivered or where you need to collect it from.
If I require a refund on the product who pays the freight cost?
If you simply change your mind about the product and you still meet itz4kidz refund conditions then you are welcome to send the product back to us at your cost.
If there is a warranty issue with the product which meet our warranty conditions we are more then happy to pay for the cost of freight.
