Banana Cake

Shopping List:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp bicarb soda
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1½ cups of Self Raising Flour
  • 2 mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp of water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. Beat eggs together with sugar, vanilla essence and cream
  3. Add flour and mix together
  4. Dissolve bicarb soda in water and add bananas
  5. Add this to the other mixture
  6. Bake for 25 mintutes.
