Lemon Slice

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of sweet biscuits crushed
  • 100g of coconut
  • 125g of margarine
  • ½ tin of condensed milk
  • Lemon Favouring

 ICING

  • 185g of butter
  • 2 ¼ cups of icing sugar (add in halves)
  • ¼ cup of milk

Directions:

  1. Melt margarine and condensed milk together
  2. Stir Add other ingredients and mix (coconut, biscuits and flavour)
  3. Press into a lined slice tray and set in fridge
  4. Ice with lemon icing and sprinkle with coconut.
