Scones
Shopping List:
- 3 cups of self-raising flour
- 250mL of cream
- 250mL of lemonade
Method:
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees
- Add self raising flour to a bowl and make a well in the centre
- Pour cream and lemonade into the middle
- Sprinkle a bit of self-raising flour onto chopping board
- Spread out scone mixture and flatten
- Cut into rounds and bake at 225 degrees for about 20 minutes
- Hint: Put scones on tray touching each other to help them rise
