Scones

Shopping List:

  • 3 cups of self-raising flour
  • 250mL of cream
  • 250mL of lemonade

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees
  2. Add self raising flour to a bowl and make a well in the centre
  3. Pour cream and lemonade into the middle
  4. Sprinkle a bit of self-raising flour onto chopping board 
  5. Spread out scone mixture and flatten
  6. Cut into rounds and bake at 225 degrees for about 20 minutes
  7. Hint: Put scones on tray touching each other to help them rise
